Exceptions

While returns and refunds are not accepted, we will assist you in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Products:
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please record an unboxing video and capture clear photos of the package and product upon delivery.
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order with the video and images as proof.
- We will review the case and provide a suitable solution.
Incorrect Items Received:
- If you receive the wrong product, notify us with an unboxing video and pictures within 24 hours of delivery.

⚠️ Important: Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained.

Orders placed with incorrect address details provided by the customer

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped.
